All the work we have had to postpone recently due to supply issues is now steadily resuming and all of our ranges are readily available.

If you are reaching our website today as a new or returning customer, we are delighted to say we are once again accepting new enquiries for both domestic and commercial work.
The usual Mountain Carpets and Flooring service of providing a free, no-obligation quote, along with our like-for-like price match promise across our entire range has now resumed, albeit in a slightly new way.
Any appointments made during the pandemic for new flooring we will be using a limited sample service, all of our samples will be cleaned and sanitized between appoinments and we will only be visiting one new customer a day to guarantee the safety of all potential customers and our staff.
For our fitting services we ask our customers to (where possible) vacate the premises or use an alternative floor during the fitting of your new carpet or floor.
With regards to payments, at present we are not accepting cash or cheques and can only accept payment via bacs or bank transfer.
As we continue to clear the backlog of work and with visiting only one new client a day, this may mean a slight delay in availability for appointments, though we will as always try to accommodate everyone. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
