Mr & Mrs Bourke – Carpet Fitting

This hugely enjoyable project involved fitting a Herringbone twist carpet throughout two bedrooms and three sets of stairs. The fit involved pinning the carpet under the stair nosings. This method, known as the ‘Hollywood’ technique and used as an alternative to a traditional ‘Waterfall’ method, gave the fitting a defined look that perfectly suited the carpet chosen by the client.
