Subfloor repair, new LVT flooring using a small parquet plank with a walnut and cross grain feature strips border.
Project Information
This project included removing old floor covering, gripper rods and door bars. We inspected, then repaired the subfloor. A primer and smoothing compound were then applied to the floor, leaving it ready to receive the tiles. Mr & Mrs Langmaid chose a small parquet plank with a walnut finish, along with cross grain feature strips to create a eye catching border.
