Mr & Mrs Curtis – LVT

For this project we used the smoked brushed elm plank from Polyflor’s Camaro LVT collection.

This installation was over an underfloor water heating system, once again showcasing the versatile nature of LVT. Having used a smoothing compound to get the floor smooth and level, the tiles were installed.

We also laid the tiles in the utility room. In preparation, 6mm flooring grade ply boarding was fitted. A feather finish was used over the seams to give a perfect subfloor, ready for the tiles. The lvt nosings from the stair rods gave the perfect finishing touch to the steps.
